What payment methods are accepted?

Currently DirectFN supports Bank Transfer, PayPal and Credit Card as payment methods.

What is Bank Transfer?

Bank Transfer is a secure payment method, which allows you to transfer money to DirectFN through a bank.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an online payment service. Using PayPal you can pay in any way you prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, PayPal Smart Connect or account balances, without sharing financial information.

How will the transaction appear on my statement?

When the payment is made via a credit card, it will appear as PayPal *DIRECTFN on your credit card statement. All payments will be charged in USD (US Dollars). Any other currencies displayed on the website are for reference only.

How can I make a payment by bank transfer?

Once you have configured the selected product, you can proceed to pay by simply clicking Proceed to pay by Bank Transfer. The total payment you have to make for your DirectFN subscription is displayed on the Product Summary page. 

To pay for a DirectFN subscription through a bank transfer:

  1. Click Proceed to Pay by Bank Transfer, and then click Proceed to Pay on the Product Summary page. A page with instructions on the bank transfer process appears.
  2. Follow the instructions given in the product preference page to make your bank transfer to the DirectFN account.

Note: The account activation will take 1-2 business days upon receiving the money. Please keep a copy of the transfer slip for future references or any kind of troubleshooting activities if required. Once your bank transfer reaches DirectFN, we will confirm it to you by an e-mail.

Then you have to go to the ‘Recovery’ page on our website to proceed with the activation of your account. When activating the account, please use the reference number provided in the email sent by DirectFN.

How can I make a payment using PayPal?

Once you have configured the selected product, you can proceed to the payment by simply clicking Proceed to Pay by PayPal. The total payment you have to make for your DirectFN subscription is displayed on the Product Summary page.

To pay for a DirectFN subscription with the PayPal Account:

  1. Click Proceed to Pay by PayPal and then click Proceed to Pay on the Product Summary page. The PayPal login page opens.
  2. Click the Pay with my PayPal Account link.
  3. Enter your login credentials and click Log in.
  4. In the Review your information page, review your payment details and click Pay Now. The secure site will display a message depending on the success or failure of your transaction. If the transaction was successful, a transaction receipt is generated with the order number and receipt number. You will also receive an e-mail to your registered e-mail address confirming the transactions. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, you will have to start shopping again!
    • Note:

      You must have a PayPal Account in order to subscribe for the DirectFN products. If you do not have a PayPal Account, click the Pay with a debit or credit card link to create a PayPal Account.

How can I make a payment using Credit Card?

Once you have configured the selected product, you can proceed to the payment by simply clicking Proceed to Pay by Credit Card. The total payment you have to make for your DirectFN subscription is displayed on the Product Summary page.

To pay for a DirectFN subscription via Credit Card Account:

  1. Click Proceed to Pay by Credit Card and then click Proceed to Pay on the Product Summary page. You will be directed to the bank secure payment gateway.
  2. Select your Credit Card type (Visa or MasterCard).
  3. Enter your Credit Card details.
  4. In the Review your information page, review the information and click Pay.
    The secure site will display a message depending on the success or failure of your transaction. If the transaction was successful, a transaction receipt is generated with the order number and receipt number. You will also receive an e-mail to your registered e-mail address confirming the transactions. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, you will have to start shopping again!
    Note:

    When the payment is made via a credit card, it will appear as DIRECTFN on your credit card statement.

What happens after I pay online?

This is not the end of the process. As soon as your transaction is completed EStore team will send you an e-mail with the transaction summary. You will receive your product login password via SMS once you complete the Product Login Details section on the Purchase Summary page. In order to complete the subscription, provide us your personal details and click Submit. Now you can download the subscribed product and enjoy the benefits of trading with DirectFN.

I successfully placed my order but never received a confirmation e-mail!

The e-mail you receive from DirectFN EStore is your confirmation of the successful subscription of our products. However, due to technical difficulties there may be instances you may not receive an e-mail. In such instance, send an e-mail to EStore Help Desk with your DirectFN Reference number. We are ready to help you!

How secure is my payment?

PayPal web servers are 168bit SSL protected. This means that all sessions to and from the bank over the internet are encrypted using a 168 bit key.

My payment page just expired. What do I do now?

When making an online payment, it is advisable that you keep your credit / debit card information at hand, so that you can provide the relevant information quickly. In case you take a while to enter this information, the payment page will expire.

This is a security method to prevent third parties trying to guess your payment information and make payments through your credit / debit card.

If your page expires, you will have to select the items and start shopping again!
